| While this may not be the actual “new look” for the railroad, it definitely resembles some similarities of it. As of the date of this photo, the first Tri-Rail commuter car wearing the new “On Track” paint scheme was released from the shops in Hialeah, FL wearing this Navy Blue paint scheme. Get your shots of the classic “palm tree” scheme while you can as it is on borrowed time. Leading this train today is one of five F40PH-3C locomotives the railroad sent out for rebuild. All five have returned and are all in active service wearing this "modernized" version of the paint scheme the locomotives originally whore. |
