NS Nº 1251 one of two of the new SD70ICC is seen leading NS 109 (Chattanooga,TN-Birmingham,AL) south down the AGS North for Norris Yard. Another one of those unique rebuild from Progress Rail, the SD70ICC is a product from the aging SD70M-2 that Norfolk Southern has placed back into service. From PTC, to DP capability and much more you would think this is the new top of the line EMD? From what I'm hearing the two rebuilds are riddle with issues and it's going to be interesting to see if this rebuild program is going to last, but never the less quite a neat catch.
