| "CTrail Under the NY&NE"
On the afternoon of November 6th, 2023, Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT)/CTrail EMD GP40-3H 6698 leads Metro-North Railroad train 1928 under the long abandoned Dublin Street Branch (former NY&NE RR) trestle at Waterbury, Connecticut on the Waterbury Branch. The 6698 & 6699 are on lease to Metro-North to assist with fleet size while the remainder of their Brookville BL20GHs are sent out for rebuild.
