With a BNSF Dash 9 leading three EMD's, a loaded westbound coal train cruises across the Montana Rail Link's 2nd Subdivision on a snowy spring day. The train is crossing over the Yellowstone River at Reed Point, Montana at a location known at Twin Bridges. The road span was demolished in 2021 due to erosion damage. In the summer of 2023, this railroad bridge suffered a collapse as well, but was quickly rebuilt by MRL crews to restore the mainline in only 28 days.
