With over 14,000 feet of train, this 2nd 261 is back on the move at Harpers Ferry. The train made a pickup at Marquette and had 2 extra cars making them over the CP rules. After lining the South switch at Harpers, the Train Director had to ok the train to move north on the Marquette Sub out of Compliance. After 30" delay things went back to work. I just got done watching the CP the last 3 days, and they are in over their heads with traffic and no planning. It is taking 2 days for trains to travel 300 miles.
