Remarks & Notes
Santa Fe 4-8-4 3751 whistles as it meets an eastbound Burlington Northern Santa Fe double-stack train at Casa Blanca, four miles west of the Riverside Amtrak/Metrolink station. The steam engine is on train O-SBDLAC1-12, a short freight - the cars are to assist with braking. The locomotive was moving from its old home in San Bernardino, California, to its new home in Los Angeles. (Fullerton, California – January 12, 1999)
