| "Allegra" ABe 8/12 # 3503 of the Rhaetian Railway pulls the PE 951 BERNINA EXPRESS with 6 panorama cars from Chur over the Albula and Bernina UNESCO world heritage lines to Tirano, near the Lago Bianco on about 2250 meter a.s.l., between Bernina Laglab and Ospizio Bernina. In the background are "Kreuzkolktafeln" which cause the snow to be deposited away from the track by disturbing the wind currents. |
