Remarks & Notes
A 15700 kW power pack of the locomotives Re 620 # 080 (Re 6/6 # 11680) and Re 620 # 074 (Re 6/6 # 11674) of the SBB Cargo in multiple control pulls the 1220 ton steel train 49025 from Emmenbrücke (Swiss Steel) via Lucerne (switchback)-Rotkreuz-Arth Goldau-Gotthard mountain line-Bellinzona-Ceneri Base Tunnel-Chiasso to Lecco Maggianico station in Italy (in charge til Chiasso), between Claro and Castione-Arbedo. The engineer switched off the master switch and lowered the pantographs seconds ago, because there is a overhead wire separator in front. The train was going over the Gotthard mountain line in order to relieve the base tunnel, which will continue to operate in a single-track mode til about september 2024 after the derailment in august 2023. Over the mountain line, the maximum load for a single Re 620 (Re 6/6) is 800 tons.
