| With a pair of SD60E's on the point, Norfolk Southern local C65 is about to split the signals in East Liverpool, Ohio as the train makes the return trip to Mingo Junction from Conway. These signals are located at mile 16.4 on the NS Cleveland Line and are one of the last holdouts of these classic PRR position light signals. |
