My great, great uncle Robert F. McKee, Sr., was a design engineer at Baldwin and he would give my father different Baldwin Locomotive Works builder's cards when my father would visit him in Collingswood, New Jersey. This little 2-6-0, number 8, was built for the Luz y Fuerza Electrica Cochabamba Cia in Bolivia. It is named "Simon I. Patino". According to the specifications listed on the back of the builder's card, the engine and tender had a total weight of 114,400 lbs. This Baldwin Locomotive Works builders photo card is from the John R. Doughty collection.
