Remarks & Notes
Lightning Stripe. The newest of the railroad's heritage units, Metro-North Railroad (MNR) P32AC-DM no. 211 is seen rounding the curve at Marble Hill with Hudson Line train 8741. The heritage wrap is a tribute to the New York Central Railroad and their iconic "lightning stripe" paint scheme used on passenger locomotives in the 1940s and 1950s.
