A trio of SD40's lead the Wheeling & Lake Erie train 215 as it departs from the Norfolk Southern yard in Mingo Junction, Ohio, while NS local C17 sits in the background waiting to enter the yard. Due to trackwork on the connection between NS and the WLE, 215 is actually on the Ohio Central's CUOH Pan Subdivision, which it will use to detour between Mingo Junction and Jewett. Once at Jewett, the train will be back on its typical routing, using shared trackage until Bowerston where it will return to home rail.
