| As a result of Amtrak 28s Siemens Charger developing issues in the Columbia River Gorge, BNSF 294 has been dropped off a passing Q train at Spokane and delegated to pull the increasingly late Empire Builder to Chicago. Coincidentally, the 294 was also en route to the next shop for minor work to be performed. |
