| A monster North Platte to Proviso freight finally has their turn as they march off the remaining miles to their destination. The train crosses the Fox River in Geneva. This interesting structure was built in 1917, replacing the 1883 steel deck truss. This stone one was built with 2 tracks but could accommodate 4. Talks about triple tracking this build are circling around, but nothing has been done yet. |
