At West Portal, N.J.on December 21, 1969 the NE1 holds down the westbound mainline as it snakes through the S curve behind LV snowbird 626 and yellow jacket C420 412 after exiting the Musconetcong tunnel. Photo by Robert Malinoski, from my collection.
