Departing the station in Orange, and about to diverge from Metrolink's Orange Sub to their Olive Sub (and then onto BNSF’s San Bernardino Sub) is train 802. This train, consisting of F125 931 and four cars – and of the four cars (212, 614, 118 and 662), there are three paint schemes (the third car in the original scheme from 32-year-old scheme, the first and fourth cars in the fourteen-year-old "ribbon scheme" and the second car in the six-month-old "two-tone blue stripe" scheme). It is a rarity to find a Metrolink train with all its cars in the same scheme, and even more rare to find a train with all the cars from the same builder! (Orange, California – May 21, 2024)
