| After getting pulled out of Fulton Yard by a helper crew, empty Herzog ballast train W083 is heading south on the CSX Bellwood Subdivision as it crosses the James River after rolling through the triple crossing in the background. The train is heading south to the Vulcan quarry for another load of stone to support CSX track maintenance projects. |
