Passing The Flag. On February 6, 2021, Amtrak Train 281 crossed over State Route 298 in Syracuse, New York en route to New York Penn Station in New York, New York. AMTK 46 (P42DC, 50th Anniversary) was the first 50th Anniversary unit released by the railroad.
