The E8A 2021 leads the Frisco passenger train the SOUTHLAND out of Kansas City bound for Springfield, Memphis and Birmingham on April 15, 1963. The consist is predominantly green cars, with the rear punctuated by two lightweight coach-buffet-lounge cars. Photo by L.A. Marre, from my collection.
