Held up a bit by a pair of late passenger trains (Amtrak 769 running 10 minutes late, and Metrolink 859 running 8 minutes behind because it had to wait for AMTK 769), BNSF High Priority Freight H-BARSDG3-27A follows SCAX 859 as it makes a somewhat rare daylight trek to San Diego from Barstow. This train is powered by BNSF ES44AC 6374, KCSM SD70ACe 4098 and BNSF Dash 9-44CW 5003 up front, and 88-cars back, BNSF ES44C4 8266 and ET44C4 3995 as the rear Distributed Power Units.
