| A green carpet all over with monsoon at its peak the WDM3a #18680 hauled 11041 Mumbai Chennai express cruising through the Monkey hill cabin of Bhore Ghats via the down line. The mid line is bidirectional whereas the leftmost line is the up line (aka Nagnath line). The catch siding (the tracks curving upwards) can be seen. The cabin serves as the mandatory halt for the trains down the ghats, the catch siding ensures safely in case of any brake failure. |
