| As evening descends over the southern tip of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the piedmont of north Georgia below, NS GP60 sister units 7139 and 7138 split the Georgia/South Carolina state line as they bring NS P45 flying across the Tugaloo bridge. P45 is NS's Mon-Fri local turn from Toccoa, GA to interchange with the Pickens Railway in Anderson, SC.
The peaceful ambience of the sunset over mountains and lake on this warm summer evening made a great frame for the standard cabs and a relaxing view from shore. |
