Around 25 years after the steam locomotives 141 R # 1207 and # 1332, built in Canada for the French state railroad SNCF, reached Winterthur to be reconditioned and put back into service, they leave the locomotive building town in individual parts with their final destination Vallorbe. The project had failed early on for financial reasons and the sandblasted and primed parts were stored for years in the Winterthur depot. After the death of the former owner Ralph Schorno, the material was acquired by the English businessman Andrew Cook, probably as spare parts for his operational 141 R # 568, which is stationed in Vallorbe. Train 69180 from Winterthur via Bülach-Koblenz-Turgi-Olten-Neuchatel-Cossonay-Penthalaz to Vallorbe leaves Winterthur with the privately owned former SBB Re 4/4 I # 10039 built in 1950. The train operated under the TR TransRail.
