SUPER PUMPKIN? NS and Relco went to great lengths to make this a non-locomotive. It's a piece of work equipment, work equipment I tell you! Anyway, it can't be used as a locomotive but this rebuild of C44-9W 9623 propels work trains, has horns, a bell, headlights, ditchlights but it's not a locomotive, understand? But I kinda like it. Recovering old 132 pound welded rails as the line gets new 136 pound stuff.
