| The Return of the RS-3s. After a ceremony where the two recent additions to the roster were introduced; dedication of the 4103 as "The William Bibby" (along with a few words from Mr. Bibby) and the 4118 dedicated to"The men and women of the Delaware & Hudson" and an inaugural run. The Homecoming queens are at rest and a peek inside the cab was granted. Thanks to Hal Raven and the fine staff of the Saratoga Corinth and Hudson for a great event. |
