From Down Under to Oregon. Sydney, Australia O-Class car 1187 (Meadowbank Manufacturing Company, 1912) came to the Oregon Electric Railway Museum in 1959. On August 31, 2008, it was the operating car for the day, showing off its unusual open car with sliding doors in the middle design at the 'Brooks' Station. The OERM collection is one of variety, with cars from the west coast of the U.S. and Canada, as well as representatives from Europe.
