Remarks & Notes
Not too long after setting up my flashes at 4 am on a chilly September morning, I hear M653's horn a couple miles away, prompting me to take a couple test shots. When everything was set how I wanted, I waited just a few minutes longer before I saw their headlight round the bend. With YN2's being a dying breed, I had to come out for this train. CSX 514 and CSX 386 both in YN2 power the front, and CSX 4724, a rebuilt flared mac riding in 3rd. To top it all off, conductor Andrew Faulk gives me a wave from the cab.

A recent spike in a personal interest of the skill and work it takes to create and ultimately nail a shot in the dark using flash technology, leads to this album.
