Remarks & Notes |
Ge 4/4 I # 603 "Badus" of the Rhaetian Railway, built in 1947 and now 77 years in service, is the oldest operational locomotive of the RhB in regular service, not declared historic vehicle. The locomotive pulls the nostalgia train "Zügenschlucht" (Zügen gorge) 7835 of the line R11 from Davos Platz to Filisur, between Davos Frauenkirch and Davos Glaris. This train circulate two times a day in summertime with vintage rolling stock. The blue/cream parlor car As # 1141 was added to the train because the otherwise used first class coach A # 1102 was in service on the same day on the extra steam train between Landquart and Davos. Third car is the yellow open observation car B # 2111, highlight for most passengers. |
