During the early morning hours of September 13, 2024, Amtrak KN717, with MPI GP15D 574, interchanges the Federal Railroad Administration’s (FRA) former Metroliner DOTX 216 inspection railcar with Metro-North Railroad at New Rochelle, New York, on the New Haven Line.
