"CHFP Pays the Toll"

Just after 1AM on September 13th, 2024, Providence & Worcester train CHFP, powered by a quartet of GE C40-8s, pauses to pay their toll (in the form of waiting) to Amtrak just east of CP 217 on Metro-North's New Haven Line in New Rochelle, NY. After taking this photo, I paid a toll as well, but in the form of money to New York State through my E-ZPass...
