Remarks & Notes 
The engineer is oiling around the 425 down by the water tank in the old Blue Mountain & Reading's South Hamburg Yard. Pennsy E8A No. 5898, classified as an EP-22* by PRR, was built by EMD in 1951 and rated at 2,250 horsepower. (*EMD, Passenger, 22 hundred horsepower.)
