Riding behind a 7-unit lashup on the old B&O Mountain Sub with an SD40-2 helper, A-B-A Fs, and two MARC Geeps bracketing another F-Unit. The special departed Cumberland and traversed the Seventeen Mile, Cranberry, Cheat River, and Newburg Grades, turning at Grafton, WV. The helper was added to the point at the foot of Seventeen Mile Grade, in Keyser, WV.
