A Queens-bound New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) W train crests the hill south of Astoria Boulevard Station on the BMT Astoria Line, with the ever-rising Long Island City skyline in the background. This train is made up of R47 cars manufactured by Pullman-Standard from 1975-1978. |
