An eastbound Conrail freight is passing the old Annville station building, which is being re-erected about a half-mile east of its original site. Built in 1891, it saw its last passenger train in 1963 but stayed open as a freight station until 1976. It was then dismantled and moved to New Cumberland PA, where it remained until 1997, when it was again dismantled and moved back to Annville by the "Friends of Old Annville."
