New Skoda 21Ev EMU test run from Paldiski to Keila. Elron, national passenger train operator in Estonia, ordered 16 dual-voltage, 3-car EMU's from Škoda Vagonka in 2020, first of which arrived to Estonia in June and mainline testing started on 23rd July. Right now they can be tested only under 3kV DC catenary, as first 25kV AC electrified line in Estonia will not be completed before 2025. They are intended to enter service on newly electrified Tallinn-Tartu line in the second half of 2025, where they will replace Stadler Flirt DMU's
