| The Clinchfield Santa Train featured steam power for its 50th anniversary in 1992- the UP 4-6-6-4 Challenger No. 3985 disguised as the "Clinchfield 676." Here's the Santa Train being pulled backwards between Huntington and Catlettsburg by an ex-B&O Chessie Geep. At Catlettsburg, the diesel will come off, and the CRR 676 will lead the deadhead move down the old C&O Big Sandy. Film- Kodachrome 200 |
