| The Train du Désert with SNIM's GPL-15T BB # 207 is ready in Choum for the trip to Zouérate, the group from Servrail in Switzerland will soon board the train. On the right is the Geismar “Picker Dragon” diesel maintenance vehicle # 37. Choum is one of the maintenance bases along the approximately 652-kilometer-long line (a good 700 km long with one branch). In the middle is a water tank car, serving the small village with fresh water. |
