On the afternoon of December 3rd, 2024, Metro-North's 40th Anniversary "New York Central" heritage-wrapped P32AC-DM, MNCW 211, trails on the annual Holiday Train over the Muscoot Reservoir along the Harlem Line in Katonah, New York.

Metro-North's Holiday Train runs for two to three weeks during the month of December every year with upper management, stopping at all crew sign-up & mechanical locations to hand out small gifts and say thank you to the railroad's employees. This year, the train consisted of two 40th Anniversary heritage-wrapped P32AC-DM locomotives (MNCW 211 in New York Central & MNCW 214 "Employee Appreciation"), two of Metro-North's "business" coaches and three former New York Central URHS private cars.
