Holiday Lights Express. The authentically painted Baltimore and Ohio Railroad SW1 8408 (EMC, 1940) is a key member of the roster at the Wilmington & Western Railroad. On Friday, December 16, 2022, it was assigned to the Holiday Lights Express Train. The train is seen sitting at the Greenbank Station near Greenbank Road in Wilmington, Delaware in between trips.
