Holiday Train At The Woodlawn Flyover. Metro-North's 2024 Employee Holiday Train On The New Haven Line. MTA Metro-North Railroad MNCW 214 (MNR "Employee Appreciation"/40th Anniversary) and MNCW 211 (New York Central Heritage/40th Anniversary) were leading the 2024 Employee Holiday Train, as seen on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. This year, three New York Central cars on loan from the United Railroad Historical Society of New Jersey. The train traveled from Grand Central Terminal to New Haven, CT, stopping at Stamford and East Bridgeport along the way. One of the widest shots available is pictured here as the train travels on the Woodlawn Flyover in the Bronx, New York on the New Haven Line over the Harlem Line.
