| There is a large underground water reservoir near Boulenouar at kilometer 96 of the 652-kilometer railroad line from Nouadhibou to Zouérate. This is used to supply the villages and towns along the entire line. There are a total of 16 simple connections at the crossing track, with which a maximum number of wagons can be filled at the same time. The closure on the front hose is not fully closed or is defective, so some water is constantly running into the desert sand. |
