Employee Holiday Train On The Hudson. MTA Metro-North Railroad MNCW 214 (MNR "Employee Appreciation"/40th Anniversary) and MNCW 211 (New York Central Heritage/40th Anniversary) are bracketing the 2024 Employee Holiday Train, as seen on Thursday, December 12, 2024. This year, three New York Central cars on loan from the United Railroad Historical Society of New Jersey. On the afternoon of Tuesday, December 3, 2024, the train traveled from Grand Central Terminal to Poughkeepsie on the Hudson Line, stopping at Croton Harmon and High Bridge along the way. The train is seen passing through the Garrison, New York area along the Hudson River.
