Due to a weekend work block on the Kingston Sub, VIA detoured it's corridor trains on the York and Bala Subdivisions via Doncaster diamond between Liverpool Jct and the Union Station Rail Corridor. Here we see a westbound service to Toronto, equipped with a brand new Siemens set, rolling south through the lower Don Valley towards Union Station. The set is wearing VIA's one-off 'LUMI' scheme, dressed in yellow and black. In the distance, Bloor Street flies over the valley on the historic Prince Edward Viaduct, opened 1918 by the Hamilton Bridge Company, stretching 1620 feet across, and soaring 131 feet in the air.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
