Hudson On The Hudson At Sunset. Amtrak Train 291 (Ethan Allen Express) was on the move to Burlington, Vermont again after its station stop in Hudson, New York, which is appropriately located next to the Hudson River, during the early evening of December 28, 2022, with AMTK 702 (P32AC-DM, Phase III) leading the standard five-car consist. The dramatic sunset is accented by the clouds, and is a benefit of the colder months when the sun will set behind a well-timed train in this area.
