BNSF train H-BARWCL1-02F arrives at its destination, Union Pacific's West Colton Yard. BNSF ES44AC 6287, ES44DC 7408, ES44DC 7792 and Dash 9-44CW 4992 have brought this train the 86 (or so) miles from Barstow, and will lay over here until the eastbound counterpart, H-WCLBAR, is ready. This area looks different now that Slover Mountain has been removed and converted into a container storage yard, as it used to dominate this view. Now, however, there is a view all the way to Loma Linda! (Colton, California – January 2, 2025)
