| The SBB RABe 511 # 001 with the name and coat of arms of Berlin, the first of the series of 69, looks like an S-Bahn train of the Zurich transport network. In reality it is the IR 3272 of the IR13 line from Sargans via Buchs-St.Margrethen-Roschach-St.Gallen-Wil-Winterthur to Zurich, here between Winterthur and Kemptthal. The trains on the IR13 line between Zurich and Sargans via St.Gallen and vice versa are preferably operated with “FVD” RABe 502 trains, but since the timetable change in December there have been occasional trains with an RABe 511, which does not offer long-distance comfort. |
