The early "golden hour," just as the sun begins to light Manhattan, has Metro-North outbound Harlem Line train 9607 (Manhattan's Grand Central Terminal to Southeast NY) knocking freshly-fallen snow off the rails of Track 3 as is approaches its first stop at Harlem-125 Street Station. (This station has four tracks, but a new fence down the middle gives the impression in this view of only two.) Train 9607 has a Bombardier-built M7A Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) car leading. (New York, New York - January 20, 2024)
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
