USA Waste Services SE23B-M no. 400 leads New York & Atlantic train RS40 through snowcovered Queens, seen here approaching the bridge at Greenpoint Avenue. The unit is part of a mother / slug set along with SE23B-S no. 010, which was purchased by Waste Management for use by NY&A on jobs serving WM facilities. |
