Amtrak Capitol Limited Train 30 exits the Graham Tunnel and crosses the Potomac River with a colorful consist. Behind engines 40, heritage 130 and 28 are five private cars in route to Washington, DC to become part of Amtrak AAPRCO train 965 to Florida.
