| The roar of EMD prime movers and the echo of the horn fills the valley north of Carrollton, New York as a Buffalo & Pittsburgh coal extra cruises north at Windfall Road after a late season snow fall. These coal loads are bound for Buffalo for unloading and shipment by boat to the final destination.
